It is good to try and do things by yourself, but it is also good to ask for help.

It is good to listen to the wise counsel of a friend who is brave enough to give constructive criticism.

It is good to give your word and to follow through on that commitment.

It is good to remember that there is more than one answer and more than one possibility.

It is good to compliment a stranger on their attire, or haircut, or smile, or something else.

It is good to smile, because it can change how you feel that day.

It is good to look forward to something.

It is good to find out what it is that makes you dread something.

It is good to dig in the soil and feel the earth in your hands.

It is good to make appointments with friends, but it is better to keep those appointments.

It is good to start on the task that would normally be the one that would lead you to procrastination.

It is good to sing in the shower or in the car or on your bike or on your feet, no matter the tune.

It is good to celebrate tiny accomplishments.

It is good to celebrate the wisdom gained from big and small mistakes.

It is good to be happy for someone, even if you feel wistful for their situation.

It is good to remember that there are many types of love and many definitions for love.

It is good to feel pain at times.

It is good to be sad and mad and frustrated at times.

It is good to find shapes in the clouds and to learn what different kinds of clouds mean in terms of weather and patterns.

It is good to challenge and stretch yourself.
